Dila Rani, LLB (Hons) – Solicitor and Higher Courts Advocate

Dila qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and has been working at our Immigration and Criminal team since the inception of the Company. She completed the Legal Practice Course in Birmingham and obtained the College of Law Prize for achieving the highest mark in Immigration.

Prior to joining our firm Dila worked with the Home Office dealing with detention and removal cases for three years. She has been working in our immigration department since she qualified and is particularly skilled at dealing with complex immigration matters. She covers all aspects of Immigration law from spouse visas to human rights applications.

Dila is a dedicated solicitor and provides an excellent service to all her clients. She takes time with clients ensuring that she understands their personal needs and circumstances and tailors her advice around their needs. She is very skilled at writing detailed submissions to the Home Office to ensure that applications are successful at the first opportunity. She has helped many families and individuals who had lost hope with their cases.

She is also a Higher Rights Criminal advocate and has an extensive amount of experience in dealing with serious complex criminal cases ranging from Murder to Fraud cases.

Dila has completed several professional development courses in both immigration and Criminal Defence.
